Genuinely went above and beyond for a complete stranger.

Couldn’t recommend BB Vans enough. I was stranded in Bangor in my campervan after my carbon monoxide alarm went off and had no idea what to do. Ben came out on his day off, diagnosed the diesel heater fault and gave me really honest and thorough advice on my electrical system too — all without charging me anything. Genuinely went above and beyond for a complete stranger. If you need a campervan specialist in North Wales, look no further.

I got in touch with BB vans after having a deisel heater installed by someone else and as a result the fuel tank on my van was leaking.

Not only did he advise on what can be done, i was also provided with an insight into the installation, where is went wrong and how it should have been done to prevent this sort on issue.

I also had an error code on the deisel heater. I was given advice on what the issue was and how to further investigate. This gave me the confidence to fix it myself.

Once I had the tank welded by the original installer they didnt reinstall the fuel line to the fuel tank. I reached out once again to BB Vans. Ben fitted me in sooner rather than later and after a few hours it was a job done! He explained a couple of thibgs that could do with being altered and I really appreciated the advice given!

Fantastic service from start to finish. He took care of sourcing the windows for my Relay build and went out of his way to fit us into a cancellation slot super quickly. Ben, absolute dude 👊 I was really lucky to get booked not long after making contact for a diesel heater fitting (they're an Autoterm authorised supplier) as he had a cancellation. I felt so comfortable with the communication and knowledge from Ben over Whatsapp the moment I made contact. He gave me the absolute confidence to take my business to him. This man knew exactly what he was doing and knew my model of van, the Toyota Hiace. I could have found someone local perhaps, but I decided to drive across the country to someone who made me feel comfortable. He's passed on valuable knowledge for the future too and if I need an upgrade again I'd happily do the drive from Cornwall again, knowing my home is safe in his hands.
